The nose is very reminiscent of Agricole with vegetal notes in charge throughout as sweeter elements lurk underneath alongside vanilla bean, and dried plantain. On the palate, sweetness quickly overtakes the vegetal notes from the nose with rich waves of vanilla cream, caramelized plantain, butterscotch, and Ceylon tea leaves. The finish is pleasant and refreshing with sweeter elements slowly giving way to spice. A fun spirit to mix with or sip neat.
