The color is deep dark red. The aroma has ripe fruitiness, a little toastiness and red berries. The taste is full-bodied and repeats the aromas of the scent. The aftertaste has a hint of sweet spiciness, and the tannins wing the long aftertaste.
Food Pairings: The full-bodied and round wine is especially suitable for barbeque-flavored grilled dishes and meat dishes with a slight spiciness. Ribs, briskets and Asian spicy wok dishes.
Preparation: The grapes come from the orchards of Terug Cevico in Puglia. Traditional red wine production method, maturation 6 months before bottling.
