Le Petit Fran?ais White 2015 is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). There is no prefermentation and maceration. It is a product of a cold and direct pressing. The fermentation has been done at mid temperatures between 59 and 66 degrees to preserve the elegance and the authenticity of the aromas. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes have been carefully selected from the best quality ones.
