This wine is produced in a region known for sunny, warm weather and water-rich, sandy soils that create the perfect climate for this rich, luscious red wine. Crafted from grapes hand-selected from vineyards at the well-known Casa Ermalinda Freitas in the Peninsula de Setubal region of Portugal, Sand Creek is fermented in stainless steel, temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration before being aged for 4 months in French and American Oak. Sand Creek Red Blend: The wine?s ripe berry fruits and soft tannins are immediately attractive. Soft textures and a light line in acidity balance this fruity, ready to drink wine.
