Sutter Home White Merlot 750ml

Sutter Home White Merlot 750ml

$6.99

Sutter Home White Merlot isn?t a white wine at all, but a dark blush wine that?s made from red Merlot grapes. To achieve its bright, light red color, winemakers divide the grapes: one lot goes directly to press without crushing to minimize the extraction of color from the grape skins; the remaining lots are crushed and pressed, and have a dark red color. Winemakers then blend the juice together, giving the wine its unique and pretty color. To enhance the White Merlot?s fresh cherry flavors and vivid aromas, the wine is cold-fermented at 60?F in stainless steel tanks.
Sutter Home White Merlot is bursting with irresistible berry aromas that reveal ripe, juicy cherries and fresh raspberries on the palate. With a rich, full texture, elegant structure, and crisp finish, our White Merlot appeals to fans of both red and white wines.
